Engineering Services Manager

As Engineering Services Manager for the firm Mr. Ahmed has been responsible for supporting the execution of the field coordination of projects and the quality assurance program directly under the guidance of the principal engineer. Mr. Ahmed has years of experience within construction sites and the industry in general, growing up in the family real estate development company under the guidance of his father.

He has provided support for various projects in the geotechnical and environmental engineering fields. He has provided geotechnical, environmental testing, and ground source geothermal heat pump installation and testing support for various educational institutes in Arlington County, The City of Falls Church and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Mr. Ahmed brings a varied background and experiences from past engagements. In his pursuit of knowledge and information he has worked on and contributed to various company wide research assignments. He is also responsible for training the company Interns and members of the GeoPotential Foundation to increase the knowledge of younger generations in the fields of alternative and renewable energy and engineering. Having an alternate background in healthcare, Mr. Ahmed is also safety officer for the firm, responsible for the planning of safety and hazard analyses for the company projects and engagements.

When he is not analyzing and classifying soil samples and pondering about the thermal profiles in Northern Pennsylvania Mr. Ahmed enjoys fishing, hiking, and restoring antique cars.
